Parents should be punished when their children do something wrong.. do u agree or not?? why?

evrything ... just about evrything about a young child is originally from the parents
we're taught at a young age to even say Mama and stuff
and those example , THEIR the ones who are responsible to set a good example for us
for example , these kids who read those itsy bitsy books .. u think they actually read it by themselves ? they mustve been encouraged by someone close < parents
so , how bout a negative act ? its just the same principle
Parents are the primary teachers of children, although children can pick up behaviours from others, like peers, teachers, etc.
Parents should be punished if a child does something wrong and they do not make it right, or if the child does the same wrong thing twice.
I personally think that we need to be more aggressive when it comes to raising today's youth. We should speak up in the grocery store when we see a mother yelling at their 3 year old "if you don't shut the f**k up I'm going to f**k you up." And we wonder where the children get things from...
