One Page Word Doco

Hi Guys,
I've got a Word Template that I'm designing, really it's just document with a user form for one section, then some fill-in fields on another and then some free text sections. I would like to limit the whole document to one A4 page and not allow users to enter further text once the limit of one page is met. Can anybody suggest how I might go about doing so or is it impossible to make such a restriction. Apart from the required sections entered using the User form and fill-in fields there are basically only two rules the document must use the standard font size of Arial 10 and it cannot be more than one A4 page long.
