Help Needed - Strategy

I have a pretty big game next week against a conference foe and would like some suggestions.

I am fairly strong in the back - even though two of my better defenders are hurt - but my midfield and forwards are not particularly stellar. I looked at my opponents last league game (I am fairly sure he PIC'd and played his best wingers as wing backs since the opponent was horrible). He is very strong on the wings but depending on who he runs out is weak on his outside defenders.

I don't particularly want to MOTS this game but I would really like to win this one.
