Thanks.
Calvary Enterprises has a nice ring to it. Surely you have sold something to someone at least once in your life. You do not need a Federal Tax ID number if you are a sole proprietorship, which is what I imagine Calvary Enterprises is. In the case of a sole proprietorship your tax ID number is your SS#.
I don't think you will have any problems.
Different card. I use the Amex Costco Card for Small Businesses--that gives me 3% in restaurants and 2% on travel. Ironically, I do not use the Costco card at Costco. That card only gives 1% rebate on Costco purchases. For Costco I use the Fidelity Amex that puts 1.5% into my daughters' 529 accounts.
Buried in the fine print on the back of the flyer.
Maybe that's why I haven't signed up yet. :)
For some reason, I haven't signed up yet.
The only link they give is gas.discovercard.com. (http://www.gas.discovercard.com) My invitation number is FCLH
The Discover card has a purchase limit of 1200.00-after that the 5% does not apply
As far as having a business is concerned, you have to personally guarantee the card anyway so you can probably just make up a business name. I don't think they will care -- but I've not looked at the application.
Is the 3% restaurant rebate on the same AMEX card or a different card?

Anyway around this, if you don't have a small business?
