From what I can tell all companies that provide the service you require are found on this webpage: http://www.satsig.net/ivsat-africa.htm I e-mailed all the providers that cover North Africa and have received only one positive response. However, I suppose that one company that meets your criteria should be a good answer. I received the following reply from Bentley Telecom: Hello there Payment can be made by bank transfer or debit card or you can use your credit card but there is a 3% charge for this service.
