Greetings Researchers & Readers:
Today's MyAdventureGame.com assignment is another easy one. All you
need to do is play a choose-your-own-adventure-game ... and beat it
two different ways!
Here's the details:
Go to the website www.myadventuregame.com
* The game to play is Finals Week!
* You must actually beat the game twice - two different ways, and
leave a comment on the website (to show you were able to complete it)
both times. Beating the game is defined as reaching the
"Congratulations - You've completed ..." page and actually leaving a
comment
* Tell me what you think of the game here in your Answer, throw in any
random comments you may have on the website too.
And that's all there is to it. In the game you have to beat each day
of finals week! individually and you earn grades for those days. If
you can beat the game with straight A's or Straight F's or both, I
will offer a $1.50 tip for each (so if you beat the game with both
straight a's and f's you will get 6 dollars.) but that may require
playing more than twice.
Just to let you know, I'm not the author of the game. However, I am
interested in what you think of the game, as far as story line, game
play, any difficulty understanding, fun, etc. This game really isn’t
that difficult and takes, on average, 10-15 minutes to complete. A
little bit of problem solving skills may be required.
***Please, answer this question ONLY if and when you are able to beat
the game***

If you want to give others a better first impression of this site
tbough, I'd recommend going through all the pages carefully to fix the
typos. Yeah, that's the boring part, but it does a lot to turn a good
experience into a great experience.Hi,
I tried this game a little more today. I figured out the object thing
this time around, and it did indeed come in handy.
Though I doubted the engagement power of a text-adventure game in the
year 2002, this was actually quite fun. This game has actually made
me more interested in creating my own game on your system, and I would
like to register and try it when I have some more free time.
By the way, I could not register a perfect or zero score on your
system. I did even better though: I have registered
better-than-perfect and negative scores! So perhaps you need to
tighten up security if you wish to protect the integrity of the
results...Hailstorm
thanks for promptly answering the question and taking on the game. Sorry
you weren't able to beat the "kill your roomate" section of the game, but
as it says before you enter that area, it is under construction still.
(that is not where you find an A or an F). Just a quick clarification on
your answer:
What did you think of the game? Of the website? did you enjoy playing
it or was it tedious? Is this something you might want to do in your
free time? did you figure out how to use items?
Just curious to know what comments you have.
Also it's not too late. We'll still offer an extra $1.50 tip both for a
score of 50 and 0 if you are interested. Just a tip, You'll need sleeping
pills if you try.ummm.... welll.... errr..... yeah. lol. I'm just so proud of it!

marchI've also figured out how to cheat and see all the endings too. I'm
afraid my hacking skills have overcome my game playing skills now.

I tried this game two different ways, one as I would play, and one for
"playing to win"! Man, that last day goes on and on! I wasn't
expecting to spend more than 5 minutes on this, but 20 minutes later I
couldn't take myself away. Unfortunately, I couldn't end the game by
killing my roommate, as every option said "no links available", so
that was kind of frustrating.
Anyway, sorry I couldn't score a 0 or 50 yet, but I will try again
someday!

offer some comments. First off I really enjoyed the website, and
think that you guys are really on the right track. Secondly the game
finals week is a blast, but so are so many other games on the site. I
really enjoyed playing several games, particularly Adventures with
Raven and Riddle of the Sasquatch. The website has a ton of
potential. I think I may even tackle writing one of those games for
you guys next time you post a "create a game" question.
Only comment, the message board is so dreary... anything you can do to
spice it up with some pics, color, etc? the rest of the website looks
so good, and the message board just looks so... beta.
