Who exactly (including contact information) is TU Settlement?
Here is the background information:
I recently got a credit report - and in the last year there are (3)
entries from "TU Settlement" as having done credit inquries on me.
I have never heard of "TU Settlement" - I track my finances very
closely and have an above average credit score.
The answer will be awarded to whoever gives complete contact
information for TU Settlement and optionally any background
information.

Research on the words TU settlement, and TU with the word credit,
while not providing definite proof, does lead me to believe that it
refers to a subsidiary of a credit reference company by the name of
TransUnion LLC.
The subsidiary is TransUnion Settlement Solutions, Inc., and they

I believe you have invested enough time and probably confirmed my
original suspicions.

same conclusion I had come to with my own search.
I was really hoping to find definate proof that "TU Settlement" is
infact TransUnion.
I'm hoping for someone to prove this fact, as I expect any contact
with them will be difficult at best, I really need to know I am
contacting the correct people before I try.

Unfortunately I was unable to find conclusive evidence for you. From
my experience as a researcher I would say it is, but if you are
looking for conclusive proof then you may wish to ask the editors to
remove my answer and perhaps another researcher may come up with the
goods.
